I ordered the same size as my last pair, expecting them to fit the same, but they were completely different. One felt too tight and the other was oddly loose. For shoes that cost this much, it feels only fair that the sizing should be reliable. It’s frustrating to spend good money and not be able to trust the fit.

I looked and looked, but the width options are just not good. If you need a wide size, it feels like there’s basically nothing available, nothing. Frustrating.

My order took way longer to arrive than I expected, and the tracking updates didn’t really explain what was going on. I kept checking because it felt like there was barely any useful info, which got frustrating after a while.

When I reached out, the response kind of made me feel like I was being talked down to, like I should just be patient and not ask questions. The shoes themselves may be fine, but the whole delivery experience definitely made me think twice about ordering again

I really wanted to like these, but the style just feels super clunky and outdated to me. The colors are kind of odd too, not really something I’d normally wear. But I wish the ethical production details were easier to find and more complete, like materials, factory standards, and sourcing all in one place. I kind of felt passed around trying to piece everything together from different spots instead of just getting a clear answer. For the price, I expected a bit more transparency. Not a bad experience, just felt a little incomplete.
